  • Most sessions are 45–60 minutes, though custom options are available depending on your goals and schedule.

  • Many clients train 2–3 times a week for best results, while others do weekly sessions paired with independent workouts. We’ll create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

  • Yes! Along with training sessions, you’ll receive workout recommendations to keep you consistent between sessions.

  • I provide general nutrition advice and healthy lifestyle tips. For specific dietary needs or medical conditions, I’ll recommend a licensed nutrition professional.

  • If training in a gym, everything is provided. For at-home or virtual sessions, simple equipment like resistance bands, dumbbells, or just bodyweight is enough to get started.

  • Your safety comes first. We’ll adapt all workouts to fit your needs and collaborate with your healthcare provider if needed.

  • Consistency is key. Most clients notice improvements in energy, strength, and mood within a few weeks, with physical changes following shortly after.

  • I require 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a session to avoid being charged.
